So, I went to see Beyonce on Saturday, and OMG SHE WAS INSANE! I’m just speechless as to how amazing she was.
I’d been thinking of a few different designs and been looking at designers sketches at her tour outfits, and I settled for the design of a play suit she wore in one of her concerts. I also added in a Queen B and of course, a crown!
I am officially in love with this woman.
I love love love these!
Wowhohoooo! Thanks for following, it’s insane!
Teeny weeny studs and a glitter gradient. I’d’ve liked to have put studs on my middle finger, but I knew I’d get OCD if some fell off, so I thought it’d be best to not have too many.
I had my exam (for nail tech) in college this week and passed! Yay! No more exams (hopefully)!
I’m moving rooms in my house right now, and I want to make/renovate/diy some of the things myself. Hopefully it all goes to plan, and I look forward to showing you all!
I did a full set of acrylics for my brothers girlfriend, and then did some simple, but pretty Valentines nail art. Big thanks for being my model in college Charl!
Happy Valentines! These are my Valentine themed nails, my Valentine is my cat Molly, she just doesn’t know she is…
I said Valentine way too much in that paragraph.
I saw nail art similar to this on Tumblr, unfortunately this is no where near as good but I’m liking the whole oriental look! I added in little bits of gold foil, ooooh I love that stuff!
I went to see Taylor Swift Saturday night, she’s seriously so awesome! I’ve been massive fan since she first came on the music scene years ago, so it’s amazing to see where she is now!
Obviously I did nail art for the occasion. I went with the stripes and red heart tips cause I’ve seen photos of Taylor on other tour dates wearing red shorts, a striped tee and a baseball jacket, which is why I added in the R on my ring finger. And then of course I had to add in a 13, which is Taylor’s lucky number!
I hadn’t done a then and now in a while!
Guess where I’m going in October?! FLORIDAAAA! Ooooh I’m gonna have to start thinking of some more Disney nail art!
I’m gonna be there for Halloween too! Aaaaah I can’t wait, can’t it be October now?!
Some Tangled inspired nails for my friend Hannah! Hope she likes ‘em!
I lovedlovedloved these and will for sure do them again at some point. They’re based on a design I saw of heynicenails, but I switched it up a bit so I’m not a complete copy cat!
Since Christmas is over, and I’ve given my friends their presents, I thought I’d share with you guys what I made them!
Top picture is a present I made for my friend Wab (Amy), she loooooves elephants so I sketched a baby and mum elephant, stuck it on some pretty paper and then framed it!
Second picture is a mood board/inspiration board that I made for my friend Steph, she’s doing art in uni and plans to go into textiles, so I thought it’d come in handy for her to pin drawings and inspirations. I also glued some pegs onto the board, so that when she starts her textiles course she can peg different materials onto there.
Third picture are candles that I painted on for my friend Jess. She’s got a bit of a candle obsession, so she can add these to her collection!
And fourth photo, Rapunzel! I’m happy with how this turned out, she looks like such a free spirit! I made this for my friend Emma, we’re both Disney freaks. To personalise it more, I added in what I think is Em’s fave saying. “long hair don’t care!”
